Disliked: I was just a bit surprised the room had a double door to the room next to it which is good if you travel with kids and want to have two rooms combined but may feel a bit awkward for a couple.

Liked: We liked everything, from the moment of checking to checking out.Melissa helped us when checking in and she was wonderfull.The hotel itself is clean and wonderfull.The rooms where clean and due to a smell in one of the rooms the hotel took immediate action and changed us to another room.

Excellent modern hotel.

Liked: Our stay at Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz was excellent: friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and well located for discovering fascinating Berlin. Our air-conditioned room had a bath, shower, kettle, and a small fridge. The decor was modern and tasteful.The hotel is very close to Anhalter Bahnhof, a convenient starting point for exploring the city. It's situated in a relatively quiet area (although you won't get away from the sound of building work anywhere in central Berlin, double glazed windows in the room meant this was no problem). There is an Edeka supermarket nearby to stock up on provisions for your explorations. I also highly recommend booking the fabulous buffet breakfast at the hotel, which is one of the best we've had.We are planning to return to Berlin soon and will definitely stay here again.
