Liked: The property was central. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like other than when booked our confirmation stated that all taxes had been covered however, on checking out, the bill was more and when queried apparently it is due to a tourism tax this needs to be made a lot clearer when booking. although when room was cleaned we would have thought the old cups would have been removed and replaced and our fridge didn’t work.a glass of Baileys, was spilt on one of our party they immediately replaced the glass of Baileys and offered to dry clean the trousers however, we were leaving at 6 AM so this wasn’t an option. It may have been good to have received the amount of dry cleaning off the bill or even the round of drinks sorted, but other than that, nothing to complain about
