A quick city break visit...
Liked: Friendly multi lingual staff and very clean property.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, bathroom v small and I had great difficulty getting in n out of the shower safely .

It was disappointing for the...
Liked: Breakfast was great, a lot of variety. Staff in restaurant were nice/friendly.Very good location, plenty of shops (coffee shops, dining and shopping)Duvets and pillows were comfortable.Clean room.
Disliked: Staff on check in were very unenthusiastic, and not very helpful, he barely knew anything about the area of the hotel, and couldn’t recommend any places to us.The city fee of 10€ a night was far too much, and I think It would’ve been appreciated if it was mentioned how much it was when booking the hotel. Especially when you’re not expecting it.Booking a double room does not mean double bed, it’s actually two singles pushed together, which is very disappointing and not ideal because clearly if we’re booking as a couple we’d like to sleep in the same bed without a very uncomfortable crack in the middle of the bed. No water provided in rooms.Also the pool was absolutely freezing, there was nothing calming or relaxing about the pool/wellness area, we couldn’t even get into the pool it was so cold. Booking a massage/treatment is difficult, we went down to reception they sent us back up to our room to then ring a number, which didn’t even pick up. The sauna was the only facility we could avail of.Food in bar is also very expensive, aswell as drinks.
