Great stay overall and we...

Liked: The facilities were great and kids loved the swimming pool. Restaurants and breakfast were also lovely and the staff were very helpful indeed. Reception staff were very friendly aswell and gave great local recommendations for other places to eat.
Disliked: The service in the Bistro was poor and we had to chase staff for our orders and after waiting fifteen mins with the bill; I had to go the bar to pay. The restaurant had been busy but it was now quiet and their level of service could have done with some improvement. Staff everywhere else in the hotel was great.

Superb !!

Liked: Room service was first class food was delicious and the breakfast was excellent really good variety of food .
Disliked: The pool could be a little bit warmer .
