Liked: The beds and pillows were so comfortable making for an excellent sleep , and the room was so spacious
Disliked: Dislike how all the construction going on outside but I understand thats not at the control of the hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome, plenty of variety
Disliked: Had to go park & pay for parking my vehicle in a “Wilson” car parking facility as my ute was too high to get into the hotel parking lot. The main reason I had booked into the Crown Plaza was because of the parking, which was part of the cost of the package I had purchased. No assistance from anyone and no offer of reimbursement even after telling the staff at reception
