Liked: This was my 3rd stay. The staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable, and everything always seems to run smoothly. I've not had any issues when staying here. The location is great, so close to the central city. They also kept me up to date with access changes due to renovations and nearby roadworks.

Perfect and affordable

Liked: Very central, clean, spacious room and wifi was fast, also had sky which was good once the kids went to sleep. Service from reception, housekeeping, to the day we checked out was great!!
Disliked: Took a while to find the reception if coming from the atrium carpark, signs weren’t as clear to get to reception level if you are visiting for the first time like we were.

Liked: I like the locationa dn facilities inside the hotel.
Disliked: I don't like the behavior of your Front Desk Liz who raised her voice on me during the check out when I asked her If she can explain and clarify why I was charge for an extra 35nzd for the breakfast

Liked: Didn't have breakfast at the Crown Plaza as we were joining friends for brunch
Disliked: A bit difficult to find our way around initially as the hotel is undergoing renovations. More signage would have been appropriate.

Liked: Central, clean, great facility.
Disliked: Another blanket in the wardrobe would have been good as it got a little chilly.
