Liked: We spent a few days at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Crowne Plaza Auckland is a true example of top-level service, comfort, and genuine care for guests.The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, we felt truly welcomed — warm smiles, quick registration, and great attention to detail.The room was very cozy and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh — everything was of the highest quality. A nice bonus was the premium toiletries, coffee machine, and spacious layout.Breakfasts were delicious and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to suit any taste. The dining area had a calm and comfortable atmosphere with a view of the city center.Special mention goes to the perfect location: the hotel is right in the heart of Auckland — everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, theaters, and major attractions. It’s an ideal choice for both leisure and business trips.We wholeheartedly recommend it! We'd gladly return again.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional and the serving staff were thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us.
Disliked: The toilet was old and needed a couple of tries to flush. Three chrome in the sink was peeling. Expected more amenities like plates, kitchenette and more milk.
