Disliked: A lotta dough for nothing special. It's the medium place of 3 star hotels.

There were enough things during our stay that were difficult to deal with that we wont be staying at a Crowne Plaza hot

Liked: We liked that this property had a pool, hot tub and restaurant. We also liked the suite room option, as we wanted more space for our family.
Disliked: The restaurant was average and the pool was consistently cold, despite our repeated requests to please turn the heat up. The fitted sheet on our bed kept slipping off each night. The bed was not very comfortable. The water from the shower sprayed all over the soaking tub and onto the surrounding tile, such that much water ran down into the floor of the bathroom and got a large part of the bathroom floor wet, so we werent comfortable taking showers, but took baths instead, which was very inconvenient.

Liked: Crowne Plaza is always a fine stay. Rooms are good hotel is clean. Coffee bar in morning at lobby. Refreshing water available.
Disliked: The multiple hotel and US service drops and pickups can take up some time.plan a 5:30 or 6:30 am shuttle. There is no 6:00 AM shuttle.

Disliked: My original room, the heater didn't work. Second room ok THE HOT TUB WAS COLD AND I DIDNT GET TO TAKE ONE BECAUSE OF IT THATS THE MAIN REASON I STAYED THERE. Third time for that to happen to me in a row.
