Not what I expected location...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant from the front desk to the bar.
Disliked: the cost of this hotel was very disappointing for the location. We had dinner in the bar and the bartender was very good and friendly the floors were cleaned in the hallway leading to the restaurant and the bar and it smelled like dirty rags and dirty water used and was unpleasant to want to eat at, but we did in the bar because we were tired of traveling. In the morning we ended up walking down to the breakfast house on the corner and it was good for breakfast. Your front desk was very pleasant and helpful as well, but your hotel needs a face lift in the lobby etc. We stayed one night here before being bused to Whittier for a cruise and your one night stay with dinner was more than our flights for two to get to Anchorage so with that being said we expected a bit more for our money than just a very average stay.

Spacious and soft bed

Liked: Cozy room, soft beds and spacious.
Disliked: Neighbor above me had creeking floors. So I heard every step they made.

A nice place to stay...

Liked: Good location. Nice breakfast buffet. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also my room was made up every day. The one day housekeeping didn’t arrive I requested service and they came by which was nice. Smoke parking for my rental.
