Someone broke in in Mr....

Liked: The bed, the fact that has a restaurant;
Disliked: The waitress kept my change from my lunch that she was supposed to bring me back to the lobby, the manager at the restaurant was informed but nothing happened.

We have stayed here numerous...

Liked: Convenient to airport. Spacious room and enjoyed the restaurant. We didn’t want to go out and our meal was very good. Nice bar too

Liked: I wasn't allowed to have breakfast without paying about $20 for it, even thought the website said that it was included.
Disliked: The Booking website said that breakfast was included, but when I asked about this I was told that no it was not included in the price that I paid. This is ridiculous. Either breakfast is included which is what the website said, or it is not. The third floor looked very ghettoish. The trim around the Botton of the wall was either off or coming off. My bedroom had food left in the fridge, and the phone was on the table, but had no cord attached to it. For $220 this was a ripoff. I was not impressed at all. When the manager called me and asked me what I would like, she said that she could offer me breakfast or dinner. I said ok, but we didn't use them since we were up in Anchorage for a medical emergency. I had also told her that she could take some money off my bill.
