Very good

Liked: I liked the friendly service I got from staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel
Disliked: I'm not happy that I never recieved my email receipt which I need to claim back from my airline. Small thing but the last part of any journey always sticks

Liked: Good price and the room felt very premium. Super friendly staff aswell! I really recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in Amsterdam again I will book with them again.
Disliked: Not able to open a window to let fresh air in but having AC in the room helped.

Liked: Great location near train station and really friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The gym was small and we would have liked more equipment and updated machines
