Clean accommodation in need of...

Liked: Everything was clean. ALL staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We liked our room overlooking the colourful ranges. Comfy beds and bedding. We booked a room with breakfast included which was a good way to start the day and economical. Individually ordered breakfasts appeared costly.
Disliked: All the furniture was very tired and in need of love/replacement. We had trouble finding a comfy (cushioned not plastic seating) lounge out of the cold wind - not in the casino.

Far and away exceeded expectations!

Liked: The room was clean, and very well presented. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view of the East Macdonnell Ranges off the balcony was a lovely sight to wake up to. The staff deserve a special mention too, everyone we interacted with were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Liked: Room was great. Pool area was nice to have though wish kiosk opened a little earlier though it was quiet during our stay.
Disliked: Breakfast felt disorganised the first morning of our stay though improved as days went on

Liked: Stayed in Block 5. Excellent room. Loved the bathroom layout. Breakfast was excellent. Very stylish restaurant.

Disliked: I had to leave at 3.30 due to violence outside the building..I went to help a person but retreated due to risk.There was no security to be seenI should get my money back.
