Liked: The accommodation has everything you need. Cafe, restaurants, gym, pool etc. the room was great, very clean.
Disliked: Some of the staff weren't overly enthusiastic about helping visitors.

Disliked: Nobody answers reception telephone.No shower cap provided.We were billed for coffee/ tea which was supposed to come free together with breakfast ordered through room service.One reception staff (Lia) do not even offer a simple greeting when checked in and checked out. While checking out, we checked the bill and noticed that we were billed for the coffee/ tea which should have been included in the breakfast we ordered ( stated in the room service menu in the room), she denied it and told us to check with room service staff. We expected the reception staff to be familiar with this but if she is not, she should check with the room service personnel rather than ask us to do so. We settled the erroneous bill. As we felt that this was totally out of order, we subsequently checked with staff at the hotel outlet that provided the room service. The staff there acknowledged that our understanding was correct and gave us a refund on the amount overcharged. It was a small amount, but we felt that the staff was totally unprofessional and unhelpful.

Liked: The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the room temp was great.
Disliked: Just the coffee is average which is sad because I really enjoy my coffee when I wake up but needed to wait for my friend to get me coffee from the cafe.

Disliked: The AC in my room did not work properly so I could not put the heater on ( It’s getting colder as we’re approaching the winter season) and it also kept on making noises throughout the first night. I told the receptionist that there was a problem with it but she unfortunately said they didn’t have another room to accommodate. It was around 12AM when I went to see the receptionist. I could not sleep all night and I had an important test the next morning. So at 3AM, i had to go see the receptionist again to ask for a new room which is she said yes and assisted me worth a new room. So obviously in the middle of the night instead of sleeping soundly, i was busy moving my stuff across to a new room. I DID NOT LIKE THAT. Very disappointed that. Grateful that I moved to a new room but unfortunate that I had to move in the middle of the night.
