Very good

Liked: Staff amazing.
Disliked: We wanted to grab a snack & drink at 3 on a Monday afternoon. Sadly the bar didn't open until 4 & the other restaurant was closed due to an event happening later. For a 5 star hotel you would have thought they would have opened the bar earlier. We didn't want room service so we had to leave the hotel after already having the day out. A little disappointed ☹️ the shower was average.

Liked: I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities—was perfect. The on-site dining was top-notch, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and professional. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Everything about my stay was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit, and I genuinely can’t think of anything that needs improvement. A great experience from start to finish—keep up the excellent work!
