Pleasant staff.
Liked: The cosy and comfortable environment.
Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Ideal for my 2 night...
Liked: Large spacious room, very comfortable bed,good shower It had good facilities , tv, tea/ coffee maker, iron and hairdrierFood in restaurant was excellent, Breakfast had a good variety of choices The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: I think parking could be included in the price....£10 per day would mount up for an extended stay, as the majority of people arriving at the hotel probably get there by car
