Pleasant staff.

Liked: The cosy and comfortable environment.
Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Great hotel.

Liked: Excellent location for work, good food all round and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Bar is a bit pricey.

Disliked: Evening meal in the restaurant was expensive and not that great - recommend eating at Dyce Farm across the road.

Great stay at Crowne Plaza...

Liked: Lovely hotel, very nice staff, nice room, good size, very comfortable bed, nice shower, great view of the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Location is perfect if you're wanting to go to P&J Live for a concert which is why we stayed there.
Disliked: Room could've been a bit more clean, it was a bit dusty and there were no bags in the bins, bathroom floor wasn't very clean and crumbs on carpet.
