Pleasant staff.

Liked: The cosy and comfortable environment.
Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Liked: The location was perfect for the short walk to the airport
Disliked: The staff were a bit unprofessional where one of them was clearly not happy about something as we could hear him the other side of the lounge area. The hotel was not very busy and there seemed to be more staff waiting about than residents sitting having a meal like us. We had a burger that was ok. The wine was ok as well. The bed was not comfortable and having one very thin pillow didn’t help either.

Liked: Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Room was comfortably, breakfast was amazing - one of the best.Car park on premises.
Disliked: A couple of issues highlighted by my elderly Mum was that there could have been a hand rail in the shower for safety purposes.A tea pot and milk jug at breakfast would have been nicer although the drinks machine was acceptable.

Disliked: As had early check in was not going to be able to get breakfast the guy on reception said ok to grab a coffee in morning however lady on breakfast reception insisted I paid £3 for a mediocre machine coffee even thought I had for £134 spent little under 6 hrs in the hotel
