Wasn’t the best experience

Disliked: Check in was at 3 didn’t get in our room till 430pm and the other 2 room weren’t ready until 6pm after we called a few times asking what was taking so long ! We had an event at 8pm to attend and because getting into our rooms late we were late to our work event. The amount of money you spend you think they would run on time

Liked: Everything was amazing the was only 1 downfall
Disliked: The only downfall is you can’t chrome cast to the tv in the bedrooms only the lounge room

Liked: the staff, the hotel, the amenities and the location surrounded by luxe and opulent dining and retail options. i LOVED it ALL and i must say, connor, ben and laura were outstanding and they deserve raises for coming to my rescue after being accosted by a demonic garden gnome, i honour you kings and queen. please know, im forever thankful and grateful for making my mothers' birthday weekend all that id intended, hoped and planned for and then some.
Disliked: everything was divine well and truly however i would be remiss if i didn't mention the turbulent commencement to my mothers' QUEENDOM weekend due to some very ugly internally and externally vermin.
