Liked: Big modern room
Disliked: Usually if I book breakfast included package it is free for all family members though. Crown only provides free for 2 adult and extra charges for children.

Pretty average compared to the...

Liked: Great location presented really well.
Disliked: No turn down service.Didn’t replace towels even though put in the bath as per usual practice. New rules only allow a single drink per person at a time. You can’t sip on a sake whilst enjoying a wine with dinner as an example of this rule. Further, it extends to room service as well…. Single drink per person occupying the room at a time…

Wasn’t the best experience

Disliked: Check in was at 3 didn’t get in our room till 430pm and the other 2 room weren’t ready until 6pm after we called a few times asking what was taking so long ! We had an event at 8pm to attend and because getting into our rooms late we were late to our work event. The amount of money you spend you think they would run on time
