Liked: The bed was so comfortable and the motel was decadent.
Disliked: The tv in the bathroom didn’t work and was not fixed before I left.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Wires were hanging off the wall for the electric curtains. Over priced for a level 7 room. Random vacuum in the hall way for 2 days. Bed was too soft.

Liked: Only thing we liked was location.
Disliked: We paid almost $900 for one nights stay. The room was dusty, and power points were all old and had had scratches all over it. For that price we expected much much more. The coffee machine wasn't working, we couldnt have our morning coffee. Lobby was 100% nicer than the room. We are very very disappointed. We saved our money to be able to stay somewhere we thought was fancy, but didn't get what we paid for. Staff had accidentally checked us out at 10am when our check out was at 11am , we couldn't gain access to our room and our belongings. It was a hassle going up and down and then again up just to pack up. Lady at the reception wasnt very nice all she said was oh someone must have accidentally checked you out. Im not happy and if I could I would have asked for our money back.

Absolutely amazing.... except the poor...

Liked: Loved the room loved the facility's and the food both room.servus and the conservatory was amazing
Disliked: I didn't like the room we got only because of the view we where faced looking at the crown promenade last time we stayed we had the full city view and for a couple from the bush we certainly enjoyed seeing the city view on our first stay but this stay we got a bad view
