Liked: Everything worked.. clean
Disliked: Water is a little smelly

For what I paid them,...

Liked: The peaceful area, close to indoor rec center
Disliked: Unit was clean, but only a few updates. Furniture, beds OLD!My main issue was that Treasure Lake waited until they had my payment to notify me that TREASURE LAKE WAS CLOSED! Of course they have loopholes around refunding anyone's money, even partially. Very underhanded and shady. I've gone there @ 12 years. I won't do it again!

Rented a townhouse

Liked: The location was beautiful
Disliked: We had a tornado warning and lost power not one phone call to check on us. The whole townhouse was electric including heat, went over 3 hrs without power. I called several times, answering service said power company working on it. Beds terribly uncomfortable and very outdated facility. Directions to townhouse vague at best, some road signs are missing. I would not return. I paid a good amount of money for poor accommodations. Also, had to clean up a large amount of broken glass in the parking area upon arrival. Again, not worth the money at all.

Liked: Location, lake was nice and golf course, walkable distance, kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels
Disliked: Unit old, outdated, filthy stained carpet, rusted stained shower fixtures, mattresses old, had springs and extremely uncomfortable. Couch cushions saggy and uncomfortable with no foam left, deck worn and dirty.

Bad

Liked: The place smelled like cigarettes the appliances were so old we didn’t even know how to use them the carpet was all stained up just all around bad experience
Disliked: Everything could have been better they need to remodel these places
