Wonderful

Liked: I like that the rooms weren’t outdated like most hotels in Myrtle Beach.
Disliked: The long wait for the elevator at checkout

Liked: The kids enjoyed the waterpark
Disliked: I didn't like that booking .com and Crown Reef Royal sold us a bad room that leaked on our family all night. We called the help desk to try to get the problem corrected but that didn't help the situation. It's ironic that we were sold a bad room, but both parties, booking .com and Crown Reef, reserve the Right to deny a refund. I will never use booking .com again and I will never take my family back to Crown Reef Resort. Complete waste of our time and money.

Waiste of time, money, and...

Liked: Water park was a kid favorite
Disliked: Well for one. I’ll never use booking app again for paying or booking another trip ever! I paid more than double what another family next to us paid with the same exact room. Further more the room was disgusting and the A/C didn’t even work on half the room. I called the front desk and told them about it and that the balcony door handle was broken as well on day 1 of our trip and it never got fixed and neither did the air conditioning! Further more there was hair and dirt all over the floors and corners! Talk about getting screwed! $2400 for a $1,100 room that was nasty! Thanks for that! Really appreciate getting screwed on the one vacation I get to go on a year!
