Great if you're there for...

Liked: The room itself was mostly good with a decent (but not great) shower and otherwise good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfortable (pillows were not). Arrived late and the dinner room service was quick, hot, plentiful and value for money compared to other room service we've experienced.
Disliked: Shower isn't great - smelled a bit (like chlorine), and took ages to get hot. Air con was too cold and no way to turn it off which I always hate. Pillows in the bed were very uncomfortable making for a poor nights sleep. Arrival being intertwined with the Casino was for us, a nightmare and the main reason we won't be back. Crown in Sydney has kept the hotel and casino aspects separate which works much better. For those staying for the casino I suppose it would be on point.

Liked: Food restaurants Casino is fun nightclub is fun to pool and slide for the kids and teens maybe young adults to lol i loved everything about the wonderful experience we had and would so do it again.
Disliked: That we only stayed 1 night.

Liked: Free parking is very important most welcome however , should allow hotel guest to park at basement instead of having to walk to P6 .
Disliked: The bathroom lighting is too deem , do remember not all guest are young there were many senior citizens staying so a brightly lighted toilet is critical for safety reasons

Liked: Truely an amazing stay as expected from a facility such as this... lovely helpful staff and beautiffully appointed facilities, I had a fantastic sleep in a very comfortable bed the pillows were the perfect ammount of softness and firmness for me which is a difficult balance to achieve.Will derfinately stay again ...excellent thankyou Crown Metropol
