Liked: Spotlessly clean, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent beds and showers. All staff are brilliantly polite and friendly. Lovely view from our room, great in room lighting. Our room service breakfast was delicious too.
Disliked: We both felt like the in room tech needs an upgrade, particularly at this price point. The TV is small and sound was tinny, no streaming capability (on demand movies for a fee are so outdated!), and I’d love to see charging docks for your phone on each bedside. The only other thing is the noise from downstairs. We’ve stayed before and this was not a concern for us at all, and it settles down from about 10pm, but definitely request a room that doesn’t overlook the ground floor/lobby if noise is a concern for you.
