Convenient for taxi to the...

Liked: Great Location for river walk’s.
Disliked: No mention when booking the metropole that the outside pool would be closed until September 23. Notified by text from crown 9 days prior to stay!!!!

Liked: The staff were friendly quite rooms good views
Disliked: Room was tired dirty carpets poor selection of in room entertainment no streaming available and volume locked out at only 30 hard to hear at timesNo real parking options other than a long walk or vallett parking

We had a great time...

Liked: We always love our stay at the crown
Disliked: Staff just ignore you and keep talking amongst themselves making our group of five wait to be acknowledge untill one of our company said good morning how are you … service should be everything people shouldn’t feel ignored they are not very polite they are just like robots doing what they gotta do and customers are invisible not very good service

Would not stay again ....

Disliked: We booked a luxe king spa room which was really an over priced room the entry hall in the room had wallpaper lifting and the carpet was filthy n stain
