Overpriced and under delivers, the...

Liked: Beds were comfy but small, stayed in a Luxe Twin room.
Disliked: The noise and light streaming in from the top of the curtains kept us awake most of the night. It was like a lamp was on in the room. Seeing as we paid $430 for the room only you would expect the curtains to keep the light out especially considering they purposely light up the outside of the building with coloured lights. It also took 50 minutes to check in and they refused a 1hr late check out the following morning.

Great staff and views, but...

Liked: I really enjoyed the views from the room, which made the stay feel special. The room service food was also surprisingly good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the upkeep of the hotel was extremely disappointing. I had padding falling from the roof, a hole in the curtain, and peeling wallpaper. There were also bugs in the bedside drawer, stains on the couches, and overall the room felt poorly maintained. Given these issues, I wouldn’t consider this a 5-star hotel—at best, I’d rate it 3 stars. I’ve stayed at multiple Crown properties before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
