Disliked: With the resevation through Bookings.com , I still had to stand at the counter , waiting for the Chinese receptionist reading the computer for more than 20 minutes to sort out the booking.The promise of matching the quote $882 by stayforlong , as shown by my Iphone was not kept by Bookings.com. I still had to pay $918 for the same 2 nightsHe stated that I could have paid less if had had called and booked directly with Crown Metoprol.I learnt something and have lost faith in Bookings.com.

Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. Room was not fleshed after 1st night.

Disappointing

Liked: Superb location, amazing comfy beds. Loved the view as well
Disliked: Very disappointing the bathroom sink clogged up each time we used it. Dirty water sitting in sink without draining, was not enjoyable at all.Also the spa on Level 27 was out of use when we went up as it had to be filled and topped up with chlorine . We had to use the pool instead, which I didnt think was warm enough.

Liked: It was close to food and entertainment. Bed was comfortable. Room service was quick and the room service staff were really nice. Food was really delicious too. Spent hours having fun in the Crown, the restaurants the alcohol and the casino.
Disliked: The desk is a bit sticky so needed some proper cleaning. My upgrade wasn’t worth paying extra. I paid for a nicer room and for a city view but got a view of graffiti and a roof top for the parking lot I think
