Crown Metropol Melbourne

very relaxing and wonderful stay

Liked: The pool was incredible and that is our main reason we book Metropol every time we stay on the city and they were very sweet and they gave us a beautiful bottle of champagne for my daughter's birthday.
Disliked: I wish the spa was for both men and women so we can be all together as a family but I still love the spa and the sauna.

Food poisoning

Disliked: They left the room dirty and left what we thought was supposed to be there food on the minibar and instead my daughter got food poisoning! And they arent calling us back even or doing anything. She was sick for 3 days and couldnt even walk or eat, and all staff kept saying was that "no manager was avaliable" for my sick 14 year old because they didnt want anything to do with it. We missed half our holiday because of them and because they didnt clean the minibar properly and left food that god knows how long its been there for that wasnt theirs!!!!
