A great find

Liked: The staff were so friendly and happy. It was so lovely. A very warm welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The best steak l have ever had. Although a little expensive, it was worth every penny. Breakfast was cooked fresh and not buffet which was also very good
Disliked: I think we needed a bigger bed. We will book a king-size room next time. Otherwise, a fabulous place to stay

Liked: Location, price, staff, returant food a room all excellent.
Disliked: Temperature console in room look like aircon control but are not. Hottest night of the year, no ventilation. Fan supplied completely insufficient . Slept very badly.

Extremely poor room lm not...

Liked: I booked this roon 3 month earlier Two people staying in this room. Bathroom only had 1 maim shower towel. Bathroom also was for a disabled person so sinks were low to accommodate for a person in a wheelchair not an abled bodyed person.Joining bar on the bed that connects the two peices had sharp metal splinters on screw head that caused a cut. Dog barking till 1 o'clock in the morning from the farm nearby. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times before and will not be booking to stay again as there standards have reduced badly. No air-conditioning should had been informed of disabled room.
Disliked: Staff in the restaurant were exceptional.
