Disgusting old hotel with staff...

Liked: Honestly, only the location. Everything else was absolutely below standards and our worst hotel stay ever!
Disliked: Where to begin…- The entire hotel is extremely outdated and needs to be renovated.- Hotel staff is unprofessional and not qualified in any way to deal with customers. They all refer to each other, make up excuses, are not customer friendly at all and avoid conflict at all cost. I wonder who hired these people?- The room was quite honestly disgusting. The floors were dirty, huge stains on the floor and the mattress.- Worst of all: even after telling staff that our beds were not made, they said that they would ask housekeeping to do so. But when we returned at 12 am, tired after a day and night in the city, the beds still were not made? Bedding was not even in the room? We were escorted to the cleaning room where we had to pick our own bedding AND MAKE THE BED BY OURSELVES? And it turned out there was only a 1 person sheet so we had to cover ourselves with towels to keep warm.Absolutely not even worth €0,01 to stay in this hotel. We will never return and it’s a disgrace that Booking even offers this hotel on their website.
