Great location as it’s close...

Liked: Our room was lovely. Clean with a lovely bathroom.
Disliked: Not a bright enough light in the bedroom

The bed was extremely comfortable....

Liked: The breakfast was nicely presented , tasted nice but it could have been hotter.
Disliked: Food served hot.

Liked: I arrived late and was welcomed by a member of staff and did not have to worry how I was going to access my room
Disliked: Central and good parking

Liked: Hotel very clean, room good size. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Room lighting not great, no bedside lights. Nice to have Nespresso machine, shame the coffee choices were poor (1 normal coffee, 1decaf, 2 revolting vanilla coffee)

Liked: Lovely place only negative is room on a main road and city centre bell going off early but that's out of their control.

Pleasant stay at a great...

Liked: The position and the staff.
Disliked: Some communal areas were in need of decorating.
