Good

Liked: Hotel very clean, room good size. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Room lighting not great, no bedside lights. Nice to have Nespresso machine, shame the coffee choices were poor (1 normal coffee, 1decaf, 2 revolting vanilla coffee)

Liked: Lovely place only negative is room on a main road and city centre bell going off early but that's out of their control.

Liked: The position and the staff.
Disliked: Some communal areas were in need of decorating.

Great place to stay, and...

Liked: The hotel was fabulous. Warm welcome on arrival. The room was perfect, with aircon, all the facilities you could think of and a bed so comfy it was a struggle to get up in the morning. Great food. Everything about this stay was spot on.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Very bad WiFi connection Most of the sockets didn't work... Toilet flush not working and missing toilet paper
Disliked: Team was very helpful to provide me with another room ifor the toilet immediately

Immaculate, comfortable rooms, good parking...

Liked: Room well decorated, had aircon, good water pressure, very clean and extremely comfortable. Amazing breakfasts, especially the french toast with whipped mascarpone and the eggs florentine. Pub quiz on the Thursday was also good fun. Good parking.
Disliked: Working lift would be good.
