Disliked: Not a great deal, all was good.

Liked: All of the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Superb

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The outside area is very nice too. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is spacious. All toiletries were available, and a good selection of tea and coffee in the room.
Disliked: The lift was out of order, which made it difficult for some of our party as we were on the top floor and they had issues with climbing the stairs.

Disliked: Breakfast was quite expensive but it was nice.

Liked: Everything was excellent, but particular shout-out to the staff at reception: locking up my bike overnight was of no issue, and sorting my phone charger issues was hugely appreciated.
