Crown Choice Inn & Suites Lakeview and Waterpark

Poor

Disliked: Many of the aspects of the accommodations were not what was advertised , many of which I paid more for. it was a poor value for what we got.

Would never recommend to anyone.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No breakfast offered, room was not clean and gad to he moved to another room which wasn't much better. We had 6 people in our room and only 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels. When requesting more we were told they ran out. There was no iron in the room and the freezer door would not shut. The water park was very cold abd the kids were not able to really enjoy. For the price we had to. pay it certainly was not worth it and will never book again. Very disappointing!

Liked: The water park.
Disliked: Let's begin with the room was on the 4th floor which could only be accessed by a very large set of stairs. For a family of 4 and all our luggage was very inconvenient. The room was clean but the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. It stuck to the floor and had to be manhandled to open and closed. The second lock that provides safety on the door was missing. The room was nice and cool but the heat when you walked out of the room was hot and muggy. The price was outrageous given the accommodations. There was no continental breakfast of any sort, coffee or otherwise, disappointing stay to say the very least.

Liked: We like the room size.The one we got for a family of 5 was a queen beds, king bed, sofa bed, and had a small kitchenette.
Disliked: The indoor pool was cold and cloudy, the indoor hottub was cold and cloudy, the outdoor pool was a good temp, the outdoor hottub was yellow and had a very strong odor, and we reported it twice, and no one ever did anything. The parking is absolutely ridiculous (the lines need to be redone)The waterpark was extremely crowded.

The facility may be convenient...

Liked: The convenience
Disliked: The electricity was off, we had one heck of time trying to figure out why an alarm was going off in our room after we entered. And the staff was not willing to find out or help until we demanded another room.

Bad

Liked: Location is walking distance to ferry.
Disliked: Property is very old, mold smell.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location down town
Disliked: Very dirty and out dated

I’d stay there again

Liked: No breakfast on the property but that was ok because there were plenty of places to eat and there was plenty of room for all of us.
Disliked: Parking lot was too small. Especially since it was close to The Cabins but we made due
