Lovely, cosy and perfect
Liked: Comfortable, clean and cosy. Shower was AMAZING power shower. View from room was lovely
Disliked: Based off a busy road but didn't affect our stay

Terrible, avoid.....
Liked: It was dry inside as the outside was wet....
Disliked: The room was ridiculously small, with very few amenities. Entrance to the room via a fire escape via a scruffy and dirty area. Staff were unhelpful. Food in the restaurant was not good. Overall, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

It did the job.
Liked: The staff were friendly when they acknowledged that we were there. There was sufficient tea and coffee in the room
Disliked: We were ignored for 15 mins on arrival while trying to find football on the TV. The room was dated and uncomfortable. The hand rail in the shower room is loose and the shower was really noisy. The place lacked any character or charm.

Liked: Positives: Dinner was good. Friendly bar staff. The young woman on reception was helpful and friendly. Room had a comfy bed.
Disliked: Negatives: There were no towels in the room so I had to ask for some. The shower was pretty old and wasn't working properly (the jet was coming out the sides of the shower head, like a Catherine wheel. While I was looking at it the shower head actually disintegrated, with the pieces hitting me in the face. Not a great start to the morning. I fixed it as well as I could but it'll happen again. I couldn't find anyone to check out with so I emailed the hotel to tell them, attaching a photo. No reply.
