Great rooms and excellent food...

Liked: Wonderful pub in beautiful surroundings . The rooms were large and comfortable with nice touches like bottles of water. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and hot. The staff were all very friendly . Would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Beautiful property with an outstanding courtyard garden. Very comfortable rooms and plenty of parking. Dog friendly and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing to criticise! Perhaps a little off the beaten track but a lovely setting.

Comfortable, fun, relaxed, efficient, delightful...

Liked: One of the best cooked breakfasts that I’ve ever had. The quality of locally-sourced ingredients shone through. The rooms surround a courtyard containing a lovely cottage garden. Nice touches in the rooms - thoughtful containers providing sanitary products; free bottled water - now that’s a first for me! The staff are young, professional, friendly and completely invested in making a success of the place. A great team.
Disliked: Nothing. I thought it was lovely. I occasionally visit Lambourn which is under 30 mins drive away. When I’m due to visit next, I’ll stay here again.
