Very comfortable rooms and good...

Liked: Nice accommodation and dog friendly

Mixed.

Liked: The room was quirky but acceptable. The quality breakfast and dinner. Electric heater as the weather wasn't great for time of year.
Disliked: Maintenance of room and sussing out the best way to shower. Why?. Round handles on shower taps are useless with wet, soapy hands. there wasn't a spoon left with tea/coffee so first time used two combs to remove tea bags. So removed a spoon from the restaurant.

Great Crouchers above

Liked: The hotel is really nice, plenty of parking and a good bar & restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we also took our dog.We always want to book here as our family name is Croucher
Disliked: Everything is great, but could do with a path to the canal as walking to Dell Quay or with the dog we had to walk down the main road. Not a problem as all drivers were nice, but it may not always be the case?

Lovely stay

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was really comfortable and plenty of room, the bathroom was large and bath was amazing! Plenty of choice for breakfast and cooked to order. We would definitely stay again! The location was perfect for us. There was a restaurant at the hotel which was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Little hiden gem

Liked: We liked the whole setting from the style and comfort and friendliness of the whole team. Food was amazing we originally booked for one night and stayed for 2 nights as we were so impressed. Reasonably priced for the stay drinks and food. We will definitely be back in the summer
