Arriving on January 1st is...

Liked: Beautiful setting and dog friendly. The best Italian restaurant if hug don’t fancy high prices and white table clothes in the main building.
Disliked: Pillows are lumpy! But beds are comfy and rooms warm. Bonus if you can get a garden view rather than an internal courtyard.

Great overnight stay

Liked: Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.1.5 mile walk to end of Chichester marina. It was winter and raining so path through Crouchers grounds was a little muddy but worth it (have to cross main road so have to be careful). We would love to come back and walk the tow path to Chichester. Food was very good but a little pricier to what we're used to.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Very pleasant and would stay...

Liked: Having had an excellent meal in the restaurant on arrival evening, we decided not to take the breakfast option as we had a family function which included food, on the day of departure.
Disliked: We liked it all.
