Hit and miss....
Liked: 2/3 of the staff we engaged with were friendly, the room was a good size and sort of clean. The fruit and continental selection at breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Upon arrival we were meeting friends a party of 8. The food was ok, sadly the roasts were very disappointing with parts of the dinner inedible. The burger buns were stale and missing cheese which was acknowledged. We then checked in to the room and the cleanliness wasn't great, it was very dusty and the bathroom was unclean, so were some of the towels. We were then abit hungry as we didn't eat our food earlier so we ordered a cheese board, we thought nothing could go wrong with that. We asked for some peppers to be added which were a few slithers and rotten - we were charged £3 extra for inedible 4 slithers of peppers. To top it off the £12 cheese board which came with 4 crackers 4 grapes and the tiniest pieces of cheese was the biggest rip off. It cost £15 in total and it was horrendous 1 cheddar, 1 water biscuit, 1 hovis biscuit and 1 cream cracker. After not a great night sleep we went for breakfast, with little hope. The continental selection was ok, the fruit was ok mostly canned not much fresh fruit. We all ordered the full English, the bacon was poorly cooked and very fatty. The sausage was over cooked and could barely be cut in to. We ended up leaving it. It was just a very disappointing experience. We left feeling tired and hungry and hundreds of pounds down.

Disliked: Fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. My room had not been vacuumed. There were lots of bits on the carpet including stars from a party
