Liked: The room accommodations were comfortable. The shower tub was slippery and I had to put a towel in the tub to keep from slipping. All in all.satisfied though.

Disliked: That cartoon network doesn't work

Overall, I was very pleased...

Liked: Everything was wonderful except when I booked online, I asked for two queen beds and a room by the pool. When we arrived, we had one queen bed a sleeper sofa, and we were not by the pool. I was given the explanation that the hotel was sold out and I was OK with that. But I did not receive any kind of notification that the room. I thought I was getting was not what I was getting until I open the door to my room.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The pool was nice, and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Kitchen staff and front desk staff were caught talking badly and using foul language regarding my children. My fiancé walked up on the conversation. The kitchen staff was calling my children little shits and "the mom" must be teaching them bad behavior. When she saw my fiancé walking up, she said, "Better stop talking, that is the dad walking up." To clear things up, my kids were not being little shits. They were not running around or being obnoxious. They were not loud. I'm really not understanding how my kids were being so terrible. Besides a couple of other guests, we were the only others in there. Regardless, it was very unprofessional to have to walk up on staff
