Modern and quietly charming, Crosshill House is set in a leafy residential area just 2 miles from Glasgow city centre. With free WiFi, private parking, and stylish rooms featuring rainfall showers and luxury toiletries, it offers a relaxing base for concert-goers. The Crosshill train station is just 600m away, with regular 10–15 minute connections to central Glasgow—fast, easy, and perfect for gig nights.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location is key: Hampden Park is only a 10-minute walk, and central Glasgow venues are a quick train ride away. Guests love the peaceful neighbourhood—ideal after a loud night out—and the hotel’s late check-in (from 14:30) makes arrival flexible. Free parking is a bonus for those driving in, and the trains from Crosshill run frequently into the evening.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests have noted the early 10:00 check-out can feel a bit rushed after a late night. There’s also no on-site restaurant or bar, but the area has plenty of nearby options.

3 days in Glasgow

Liked: The location was very good because it was close to the railway station and only 8 minutes into Glasgow central on a very regular line
Disliked: We had to ask for towels twice and we were on the top floor. Another time we had asked for some toilet paper before we left in the morning and still had to go back downstairs as nothing had been done. The shower is very difficult to get in and out of. .

Liked: I always stay here everytime I am visiting Glasgow and it never disappoints and now with new owners taken over it still remains the best hotel in my opinion to stay at. Yes it’s more out of the way from city centre but it’s worth every penny
