Worth the money!

Liked: Definitely better than having to share a room at someone else's house! Very quick check-in, staff was friendly and approachable. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. Which was just 1night sleep. The beds were comfortable. It wasn't the most modern looking, but it was cosy and clean. Shower was perfect with the heat of the water for our toddler. We checked out on time and I realised that I had forgotten my bracelet near the window. I asked if I could go back and get it and they were happy to assist.I love that there is parking and the garden at the back is so spacious and lovely! We had coffee and brunch on the patio with our friends from another guest house and there was no issue!Overall it was a pleasant experience considering it was our first time travelling to a foreign destination with our son.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to complain about. We were being reasonable regarding the room being slightly outdated, but the beds were comfortable.

Very good

Liked: Close to 2 train stations on a leafy suburban street in the southside of Glasgow. If you want a different type of city break I would recommend this. The nearby neighbourhood of Strathbungo was picked as one of the best places in the UK. I would certainly stay here again.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was better than expected
Disliked: Walls are paper thin, woken by other guests returning at 1.30am, sounded like they were actually in our room and they were only talking. The room in general and especially the windows were in desperate need of upgrading.
