Great location and great staff

Liked: Comfortable and convenient when visiting the beautiful area, which I do quite often. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It’s not a dislike because it doesn’t stop me staying but a charging point for a phone by the bed would be really handy.

Liked: Very good value for money breakfast … Room very comfortable with very helpful staff .
Disliked: We felt concerned that the main door was unlocked with no member of staff around when we returned home late (2315hrs) . We felt it could be very easy for anyone to enter the premises and move around the corridors easily .

Liked: We stayed here on our weekend in Whitby, we found the location brilliant as a point in the middle of the sights we wanted to visit in the weekend. Easy to find, lots of parking and good facilities.
Disliked: The only thing we could possibly comment on was that it didn’t have air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend, and we were on the ground floor next to the main road so I didn’t want to open the windows in the room whilst staying with the kids

Good accept the WIFI

Liked: Restraunt was very good and value for money, service was a bit slow but made up for by the food quality
Disliked: I would probably not go back due to the internet being very poor, I had a 5G router with me with a poor signal and the free WiFi was very poor, strongly recommended they improve it
