Disliked: On a busy main road so traffic noise could be an issue dependant on which side of the hotel your room is allocated

Liked: Beautiful location, comfortable bed, lovely pub attached, gorgeous breakfast
Disliked: Needs USB port or sockets next to bed, needs updating

A really nice nights stay...

Liked: It’s a lovely old country pub really well cared for and clean. The staff are nice and friendly and the ambience of the place is really nice. The food looked good and they had plenty on there menus to choose from although we didn’t eat there on the night we arrived as we had eaten earlier as we didn’t know what time we would be arriving. Our room was nice and spacious, clean and tidy and very quiet considering this pub is on a main duel carriageway we had a very good nights sleep. The breakfast menu has lots of choice and the food was hot and very tasty we had a very nice stay for the night.
Disliked: We didn’t see anything we didn’t like about the Cross keys, the car park is huge and the gardens at the rear are really nice.
