Good night’s sleep, but otherwise,...

Liked: Location was great. Bed was comfortable. I slept well, which is the most important part.
Disliked: The toilet was loose (I let multiple staff know) The water temp in shower fluctuated uncomfortably. The sink faucet leaked a bit. The breakfast was just okay. But they need drinking water and some kind of cleaning water station. I boiled over my oatmeal in the microwave and had to clean it up using dry napkins.

Nice stay. Management was accomidating...

Liked: Good Value for the money. Not fancy but meets the needs of the traveler. Good beds.
Disliked: Went to the bar for a drink. She wasn't aware of what the offerings were er had to tell her that the drink we wanted was on he list.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool for the kids and the attached restaurant that offered gluten free options. Enjoyed being able to walk to Walmart
Disliked: -

Staff were very polite.

Liked: Rooms were clean and close to our event.
Disliked: We struggled with wi fi. Breakfast could use a little help.

Liked: Pool and several socializing areas were nice. Great location.
Disliked: No elevator. Terrible pillows. No microwave. Staff were not knowledgeable.

Liked: Good location for our birding group, always appreciate a microwave and frig in the room, nice size room, and really loved having a restaurant inside the hotel!!
Disliked: I reserved a king room on January 5th but there wasn’t one available when I checked in. The vent in the bathroom really needs a little fine tuning. I missed not having the noise of a fan with the poor cooling system in the room.
