Liked: The staff were excellent all very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious Bed large and comfortable High quality bed linenGreat location safe 5 minute walk to the tubeAir conditioning was great in the heatwaveWe had a quiet undisturbed night no significant noise from other areas
Disliked: Bedside lights didn’t work. Curtain wrong size for window. No hairdryer. However this did not detract from our stay just minor issues. Overall the hotel is very good

Perfect for a midweek overnight...

Liked: The location was very central on the busy Cromwell Rd but a room on the 4th floor worked well as the noise wasn't too bad. Check in was easy and the room was well presented, with a lovely comfortable double bed, furniture, a decent clean small bathroom and shower. In the budget range this was a find and much better than some of the places in Earls Court Road. The location is ideal for Gloucester Rd tube and restaurants along there. Also on a good reliable bus route.
Disliked: The noise might be an issue if at the front of the hotel and on the lower floors

Liked: Location, facilities and reception open 24hrs. Staff pleasant and helpful .Lovely to have separate areas for sleeping.Clean room .
Disliked: Pillows much too soft.Shower tray did not empty very well and lot of water pooled in shower during use.TV remote did not work , no batteries in reception to change.

Perfect for a couple of...

Liked: Great Location, just a few minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station. A comfortable room , just right for our 2 -night stay. Big bed. Friendly , helpful staff
Disliked: Some attention to detail on the cleaning was needed. The remote control for the TV for example was really dirty, obviously overlooked whilst cleaning the bigger , more obvious things.The towels were also tiny!
