Great location and charming, clean...

Liked: Excellent value for money and great location.
Disliked: Room very clean but hallway a little dusty. Would’ve liked a hairdryer in room. Shower door a little broke but overall very impressive for the price.

Liked: The staff were really nice and very helpful they let us leave bagging hours before we could check in and day of check out to be collected at a later time
Disliked: The rooms weren't clean with a white powdery residue to floors and walls which left on clothes if dropped or onto bags. The beds made daily but that's it, bins weren't emptied and nothing replenished I.e toilet rolls, milk, coffee sugar etc.... The kettle wasn't there upon arrival and when we did get one after asking it wasn't able to be plugged in anywhere other than th bedside cabinet away from where you would make a hot drink and the bath plug didn't close to actually use the bath.

Dirty, smelly room. Noisy. Not...

Disliked: Extremely dirty (pubes found on the toilet, see pictures), smelly bathroom (smell coming from the drains) and water in the shower not flowing down. When told to the reception, they said they would "do something about it" but never did anything. Not even came to clean the bathroom on the second day of our stay.Noisy, could hear extremely well noises by the adjacent guests,.The bathroom door was not functioning properly and would make loud noises whenever opened/closed (a problem at night-time).Only a single towel for two people was provided. When asked for more, they asked us how come we need more as if it was not normal.

Good location but hotel needs...

Liked: I booked two rooms. Room 314 was in a lovely location. Nice an quiet away from other guests and in between floors. Good to have a full size kettle and plenty of tea / coffee and milks. Bed comfortable. TV worked. The hotel were happy to keep our luggage safe on arrival and departure. Mini toiletries in bathroom supplied and shower pressure was good
Disliked: Noisy at night with what sounded like a generator outside. Room was not cleaned to a high standard and was quite dirty. Only one towel each supplied and we had to ask for another one. Asked for an extra pillows as only one supplied and request got ignored twice. No breakfast offered. Hotel quite dated. Stood at reception for check in and ignored by staff who were sat at a table in dining room taking. Reception lost our key card we handed in on a night out to Wembley so we had to be let into our room. No hairdryer in room

Liked: Near to the train station
Disliked: Filthy. Didn’t make beds, change towels, clean floors or leave toilet roll. Had to go to reception at 11 pm after out all day from 10 am and ask why bed wasn’t made and could we have toilet rolls.. then had to make beds myself!! Bins were only changed coz I left the bag out and had to leave e the used towels outside the store and get my own clean ones!! I NEVER write a review but it really is poor HOWEVER it’s cheap, good access to tube and as long as you don’t mind keeping the room clean yourself it’s dead on .. and any staff I met were polite and friendly
