Liked: Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Lunch and food at function I attended was very nice. .
Disliked: Staff seemed inexperienced. Service at.bar was slow..left waiting several times with no staff there. Breakfast was unwelcoming and treated like a secret. Once a table was allocated and tea/coffee order was taken, staff disappeared. No one explained there was a buffet and/or certain items could be ordered. It took word of mouth from other guests for this information to be shared...this was the case both mornings. Some people missed out as a result..made the breakfast bad value for money. Coffee was luke warm and like tar both mornings.

Disliked: Room was quite a walk away from the reception

Apart from our breakfast experience...

Liked: Disappointing
Disliked: We arrived for breakfast at 9.30am as paid guests to be told it wasn’t to be served untill 10am and there are other places to eat on high street. We left walked around and returned at 10.18am to be told breakfast almost over so we paid £11 each to discover not much left and minimum selection! We literally had 8 mins to eat up while staff around us were clearing away what was left!
