Liked: Food was good.great service.plesant staff.rooms nothing fancy but clean bed really comfortable.i have no complaints at all.would go back.breakfast was great plenty of it

Disliked: Hotel on outskirts of Portstewart ( not a criticism )- need transport car / taxi if mobility is an issue otherwise a good walk

Good & Bad.

Liked: The hotel was average, and most staff were pleasant , good parking, very clean.
Disliked: After we checked out, the hotel phoned me and asked, " By any chance, has one of our room cushions accidentally fallen into your suitcase" Housekeeping couldn't find a cushion, so we were literally being accused of stealing a used bed cushion from a 3 star hotel. I told them, their cushions were put on the side table. Before we got into bed. We had one small bag between 2 people. No space for a cushion, if they only had checked the cctv.Very insulting. Also it was overpriced, as it was Golf Open Week. Very little accommodation left in area.

Liked: Food in restaurant was lovely ,staff very polite and accommodating as soon as we entered for food
Disliked: Musky smell in room No fresh drinking water in rooms for £250 for one night thank god security got us a glass water an ice for bedtime ,for the price it was to stay it wasn't great maybe because the golf was on too tho it was that expensive Bed was outdated mattress was well worn very light no support whatsoever 10.05 am cleaners knock door an enter while we still in bed not good enough check out is 11am no call to be in before that time is very rude !
