Exactly what I needed.

Liked: The staff were so lovely and welcoming. I didnt explore any more than my room so cannot comment on the bar area etc. The code for the outside door and room was a nice touch! Made coming and going really easy and hassle free. The room was warm, quiet, with a soft bed, lovely shower and everything i needed for a restful stay. Will definitely be using again.
Disliked: The seagulls at 5 am. Nothing that can be done about that though.

Excellent hotel, comfortable stay

Liked: Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable, the team were all welcoming and very helpful, in particular with the parking. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Parking is a little difficult, limited space outside of the hotel, permit parking on most streets.

Liked: not much. staff nice. thats it. breakfast passable.
Disliked: parking very awkward, as in there isnt any hardly. room was roasting hot. horrible chair to sit on in room. the hotel is basically a pub with rooms in middle of a not great housing estate. I was told we have a restaurant but its shut so I had to wander out to try and find somewhere to eat. I will not stay here again

Very well comfy stay and...

Liked: Very very clean room with a decent shower and comfortable bed and very friendly staff and lovely locals
Disliked: The only drawback not food in the evening, but if you want the staff to pop you ready cooked meal in the oven no problem, more than welcome to get a takeaway and use the breakfast room more than welcome, spy a big deal

Superb

Liked: Excellent communication. Easy access to room with code. Quiet and a good location. Fantastic value for money. Very clean. I definitely recommend.
Disliked: Tiniest quibble is that it would have been good to have a small bedside table but that is nitpicking!
