Very good

Disappointing

Liked: The price. Location was ok
Disliked: No staff in uniform. Pool area needed a clean. Nothing to put your toileries on when having a shower and nowhere to hang your towels. One wi Dow in the room was full of cob webs. Trying to relax in the room on our first evening one of the staff knocked on our door and asked for my name again even though we had checked in hours earlier. No mattress protector or pillow protestor used. The pictures used didn't look as though they were recent as the outside does need painting and there are damp patched on the ceiling in some areas.

Good value for money. Nice...

Liked: Comfortable room with table and chairs for good price.
Disliked: Reception rarely manned. Had to phone up to get in the door. Wasn’t able to check out properly as no one at reception at check out time. So had to just leave without letting them know.

Lovely staff and nice location

Liked: The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location was great, close to the beach.
Disliked: It wasn't very clean and wasnt comfortable.

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff. Is all keyless so you chose a code for access to the hotel/room when you book in. It looks a little shabby but the room was very clean and nice. Even if the sink plug got stuck.

Shocking

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: The bath panel was brokeThe bedding was stained The bedside draws were wobbly No hot water The facilities were filthy!No food,drinks Didn't feel safe The room was vile

Good

We enjoyed our break but...

Liked: The pool and sauna was lovely
Disliked: Needs money spending on it before it’s too late. No Breakfast at all and dirty linen on the bed from previous guests.

Exceptional

Liked: Host was amazing nothing was too much trouble, it was so comfortable very clean, nice and quiet and had everything you needed for a lovely stay. Indoor pool was great and the games room we used for a few hours which was good fun too. Will defiantly come again.
