Liked: This is like home away from home. Quiet, spacious and great for two couples travelling. Excess is immediately off the ferry at Crofton.

Very Uncomfortable

Liked: Location to the ferry. The fellow who took us to the room was genuinely polite and friendly.
Disliked: Very old. The mattress was old & was on a wooden frame on the floor. Every time we moved it woke us up, sounded like it was going to fall apart. A sign in the kitchen part informed us that we had to do the dishes or we would be charged $20. Although it appeared clean, the fixtures were in bad shape. Nothing matched the photos on the website. I will not trust pictures again on this booking site. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Liked: Our room was extremely clean and well stocked. The bed was excellent (great sleep). The shower was very well designed. The building is surrounded by lovely gardens. The owner was very kind - she made room for us to store our bicycles overnight in a separate locked area.
Disliked: I have no concerns about this property - I will stay here again

Liked: Very basic motel, but bed was comfortable, it was super clean, and it met our needs for the family visit we were making. Great to have a full kitchen.
Disliked: Room not equipped with hair dryer/ ironing board, although they might have been available if we'd asked.
