Wonderful place to stay for...

Liked: Amazing location, super comfortable & had everything you need. Breakfast was fab, like our own personal restaurant! The host was super friendly and we enjoyed meeting his three dogs!
Disliked: Nothing

Would definitely recommend it to...

Liked: Lovely private garden setting, with comfortable set up
Disliked: The only thing we would suggest is to have a bottle and wine opener available in the suite

Liked: Loved every bit of this stay. Location was just a quick 5 minute walk to The Oak pub but in a very quiet neighborhood. The room opened up via French doors onto a beautiful garden. It’s sparkling clean. The proprietor is lovely, helpful, and non intrusive. The continental breakfast of yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee, tea, toast, and an exceptional fresh fruit and berry plate was ideal. It left us fueled for long walks but not weighed down. We especially enjoyed having a glass of wine in the garden in the evening. We can’t wait to go back!
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.

Nice charming old sandstone town.

Liked: Virtually in the heart of Painwick Village, our accommodation was perfect. Was unable to find the address, but Marcus came to the rescue. Breakfast each morning with Martin was pleasurable. Nice conversation and some travel hints. The Falcon Hotel on the main street, opposite the churchyard is a nice place to eat, whilst the Oak Pub is a fabulous drinking spot. Nearby Cirencester and Chipping Campden are well worth a visit.

Liked: The property was maintained and decorated to a very high standard. It was in a wonderful location to explore the surrounding area. Our host was very attentive and offered some helpful suggestions regarding local eateries and places to see.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
