Great hotel on the Strip...

Liked: Crockfords is one of the better value hotels on the Strip. I have stayed here 2-3 times now. It is nice and quiet, right on the strip but you don't have the noise or smokiness of other hotels. The building, rooms are new, decent sized, nice amenities. The price point is not bad for the room types and downstairs is the casino with many options for dining. It's also great for family gatherings as some may prefer to stay at the Hilton or Conrad. They are all inter connected so you can meet in the middle. Christina Hernandez at the Concierge desk is AMAZING. So lovely and wonderful helping me to arrange some in room amenities for a birthday surprise
Disliked: Our check in experience was lacking. We are 3 parties (2 suite rooms and 1 king room). A lady named Saba checked us in, not friendly, a bit reserved and a tinge of attitude. I thought she was a trainee and was still learning. She didn't offer any info on the hotel, did not walk us to the elevator or offer water, celebratory champagne (we were there to celebrate my brother in law's 50th bday). I've stayed in this property 2-3 times before. In the past, we were offered fruit infused water, bottled water, etc...I only learned about the celebratory champagne, etc..when I was asked if my party was offered this during check in and I saw her offer it to another patron and walk them to the elevator while I was checking out. I also had a gift card that I tried to apply to the room total and that took way too long to process. It was their own gift card so all employees, especially front desk staff should be trained on how to apply/process the payments.

Liked: One of the most beautiful hotels in Las Vegas, staff ate fantastic and very friendly
Disliked: The location is a little further up the strip towards downtown. But with Fountainblu opening as well the area in improving.

Beautiful hotel with lots of...

Liked: Everything was wonderful! What stands out the most is the impeccable service. Everyone that we encountered from cleaning , check-in, concierge, doormen, restaurant staff, to spa attendees is amazing and very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: That the restaurant charged me for small birthday dessert that I didn’t order. It was marked on reservation when asked if we are celebrating something. But I never asked for it or ordered it.

Fabulous trip for my wife...

Liked: It was first class everything.
Disliked: The smokers…lol.

If you want a luxury...

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful. The staff was amazing. Zero complaints very luxurious stay.

Absolutely excellent. I can’t wait...

Liked: It was very clean and quiet which is a nice break from most properties on the strip.
Disliked: It’s like a maze and at first hard to navigate until you get used to it.
