Liked: The location is really very good, just a 2 mins walk to city center already. Security is also pretty good.
Disliked: The facilities were indeed a bit old. For example, there were sounds from the piping while showering.

Great Location & access to...

Liked: Great location for access to everything Perth. Plenty of nearby restaurants, cafes and not too much of a stretch to walk to Kings Park
Disliked: We already knew the hotel is looking tired and ready for refurbishment, so this was not a surprise.Smart TV would be good, but just bring your laptop & HDMI cable and you're set.
