Liked: The location quite nice.The staff at the counter is so nice and friendly.In a middle of the city and easy to find groceries store & food.Muslim can eat vegetarian food & there’s few halal shop nearby
Disliked: The pillows are so flat.The kettle is dirty inside.The baby cot provided don’t have the mattress

Run down hotel

Liked: Location was right in the city centre
Disliked: Extremely run down accommodation, old and dirty.Taps in bathroom are difficult to open, cracks in walls and paint coming off the walls.Paying a $250 bond to stay is ridiculous given the state of the room and building.

Disliked: No additional blankets provided for the beds. It’s cold in winter and the standard blankets provided are not adequate.There is reverse cycle AC but I wanted a blanket.

Liked: Location was great. Walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Property needs some work. Wasn’t game to turn air con on the first night due to its look.

Disliked: The room was very dirty.Blankets had marks on them.The shower was not clean.The room smelled very bad.The carpet was very smelly.The hygiene was horrendous

Disliked: It smelled so bad in the hotel lobby and my room. The blankets were extremely worn out and thin and couldn't keep me warm during the night. Everything is old and worn. I had to crawl on all four and reach behind furniture to turn on the bed lamps. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The bed was so bad, like you sunk into a deep hole.
