Not a very pleasant stay.

Liked: We were able to leave our luggage safely with reception until it was time to check in & out. The Hotel is centrally located 100m from Hay St mall and in the CBD there are 4 separate buses to take you around to various parts for free. Staff did service the room regularly.
Disliked: On arrival, you walk passed what I believe is a disused Restaurant with dirty windows and dusty floors & furniture.The front door to our room looked like someone had tried to break it down. There was no toaster and the bed cover looked so old & disgusting. The 2 taps on the handbasin both leaked & ran onto the floor if we didn't wipe it up.

Basic, clean and comfortable. Close...

Liked: In a very central location- close to shopping, restaurants, transport. The staff are very helpful. The shower was great.
Disliked: The bedroom was a bit gloomy, windows didn’t open and the aircon wasn’t working.

Terrifying night and refused to...

Disliked: Damp on walls, holes in wall, cupboard door hanging off. Shower did not work properly. Other guests smacking a window in too next door.

Liked: Great location, value for money and room size.
Disliked: But the staff had no customer service skills, they were not friendly or welcoming. I assume this comes from a low manager's standards and lack of training.
