Liked: Namy was super helpful and so pleasant. She greeted us every morning with a good breakfast and gave us advice on where to eat a traditional Bolognese meal and of course Gelato. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property at all. Wonderful location too.

Liked: Great location and very friendly host.
Disliked: Not a very comfortable stay. The shower is tiny and everything feels very outdated. Using the bathroom faucet results in a strange noise. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. I don't think the breakfast is worth it.

The best location, nice staff

Liked: The accommodation is in a fantastic location, 2 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. For guests arriving by car, the parking facilities at this location are a huge advantage. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The room and especially the bathroom were a bit cramped. It would have been nice to have a place to put the shower gel in the shower. The breakfast was good, but could have been a little more varied. But these are just minor details.
