Exceptional

Liked: The stay was to enjoy our 6 grandchildren and treat them. They enjoyed the pool and all the other activities they did they were all tired but happy when we left. We will be back
Disliked: The food prices were a tad steep 19£ for a pizza

Poor

Liked: The staff member that checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful. And the staff that handled the activity we did (horse riding) was lovely.
Disliked: Taken aback by the room, clearly looked like the door had been bashed in at some point. Restaurant staff were a bit.. almost bothered by our presence? Not all but some. We just really needed a break as a family and were quite let down. I don’t think we’d go back unfortunately.

Liked: A slight issue with being served lunch one day but the staff member & manager on duty dealt with the matter very efficiently. I enjoyed the new restaurants.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the new Arran Aromatics toiletries in the rooms. Apothecary appears to have a very manly, aftershave smell so not particularly suitable for females. The previous smell of Glenashdale was much preferred. My daughter & I were looking forward to playing badminton, like we had done the year before but we were disappointed that this is no longer available. There was still table tennis but I feel that the trench that runs around the outside of the area, for some reason, to be hazardous & unsafe.

Disliked: Bad experience, waited over an hour for food, had a power cut, booking wasn’t there on arrival

Liked: Everything!! Lovely place to stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The amazing grounds and views EAST restaurant John Anderson evening entertainment Hydro express (have a sore foot)
Disliked: Unclean shower door seal, no robes or makeup mirror Pillows (too small and too soft) Very slow bar service
