Liked: The food was fantastic. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The facilities were also good, especially the pool and sauna. The hotel is set within beautiful grounds in a quiet secluded location, but convenient for Cirencester, Swindon and the beautiful surrounding countryside and picturesque villages.

Liked: Location is great, lovely huge rural soaces art the rear with amazing views. Large rooms that are cleaned every day. Lovely pool and gym.

Lovely Hotel

Liked: Lovely rooms, comfortable and clean. Nice small swimming pool and sauna area.
Disliked: One member of staff on the day shift behind the reception we all found unhelpful and often on her phone. The lunch we booked was in a very hot corner of the restaurant. We needed to move most of our things when we requested another table. I couldn't get a spa booking as the reception couldn't book me in and I never saw a therapist in the spa. The steamroom was broken.
