Liked: We reserved a family room with 1 x double bed and 2 x singles. We paid more to ensure our teenagers had a bed to sleep in. We did not receive this..we were given a double and a sofa bed that was a very small double bed so I had to sleep in an armchair so the kids could have a good night sleep. there were no cutlery or plates in the kitchenette and very minimal toiletries. We were also awaken early by a cement mixer outside our window on a Sunday morning. Very poor for the price we paid

Disliked: Breakfast is not worth the money at all.

Liked: Lovely location, helpful, friendly staff. Swimming pool and grounds were lovely. Family room perfect with extra room with twin beds.
Disliked: Food in restaurant very pricey even for kids.No milk in room.Would have liked a bit more for kids- eg. Board games

A comfortable hotel with great...

Liked: Nice pool and small but well kept sauna and steam room. Good breakfast and staff at reception were absolutely lovely.
Disliked: Unfortunately room wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived, tennis court although open was in a bit of a state and the gold course was closed. Be aware that children aren’t meant to be in the pool 12-5pm (which came as a surprise to us) although if it’s empty they are fairly relaxed about letting our 6 year old in.

Disliked: Spa facilities were good, but the swimming pool was very cold. Decor in rooms is a little tired and bathroom is a bit old-fashioned.
